Main Bites

Blended Trio’s Caribbean Fusion food truck offers authentic finger licking bites from three of our favorite cuisines. Caribbean, American & Italian. Our dishes are bold with exciting flavors, with a blend of various cooking methods and techniques. Our Jerk chicken is marinated for 48-72 hours with imported spices and herbs in an airtight locked container to retain the flavors. We thrive to import the finest and freshest ingredients from the West Indies to create our dishes.

Our BBQ wings consist of a rich sticky guava glaze that is made in-house. Our delicious guava puree is infused into a BBQ base sauce and simmer on low heat for hours until both flavors are married.

Our Tostones are fried three times to improve the crispiness, giving them a crunchier bite. It's only right to pair them with three of our top sellers. Succulent garlic shrimp, jerk tofu, or shaved steak with our classic mojo.

Our gluten-free and vegetarian top-selling dishes are vegan avocado mayo wrap & jerk tofu tostones.

Our Sustainability

At Blended Trio we are proud of our culture, food, and traditions. Our methods and promise is to provide food with the best quality and sustainability.

Our to-go food boxes are made from upcycled sugarcane fiber and other U.S. grown plant fibers, this product is compostable, which permits us to decrease our carbon footprint. Compostable products will naturally degrade into nutrient-rich organic materials when disposed of with other compostable items in limited areas where facilities exist, leaving no visible or toxic residue. It is an ideal alternative to plastic or foam making our planet environmentally friendly.

Giving Back

We are passionate about giving back to the community. We offer annual thanksgiving meals to our first responders and occasionally share hot meals with our homeless brothers and sisters. We believe in giving back to those who are less fortunate within our community and taking care of emergency personnel' who sacrifice their lives on a daily basis to keep us safe.
